I am a retired army officer ( Rhodesian Army - Major ) and
ex company director. I am very down to earth.Extremely
honest and transparent, tell it like it is no matter
what.
Very caring, loving, affectionate -love to hug and
cuddly and
always put others first. ( Cared for my late
wife, who was my child sweetheart for over ten years until
she succumbed to cancer.
I am non violent person and cannot
stand violence or abuse of any kind. Although having had
asuccessful career in army I abhore war and politics, all
about mans greed for money and power.
Faults - can be
outspoken - do not tolerate fools -have strong views on
certain subjects and at times need to be told to kick the
soap box under the bed!
I was born in Sutton Coldfield -
emigrated to the then Southern Rhodesia when 3 and lived and
was educated in Salisbury. Joined the Army at 17 and served
until 1979, when had to leave Rhodesia in a hurry due to Rob
the Gob taking over the country.
Left the army and became
a director of several companies in the Ryan Group in Cape
Town.
Moved back to UK in 2001 due to violence in SA and to
be closer to my kids.
I lived on a 40 foot narrow boat - it
was a wonderfull, relaxing life style - cruised the canals
and visited some amazing places.
Have travelled extensively
in my time - all the southern African countries - Australia
and far east - Rio in South America and of course
Europe.
Love to laugh at myself and the world and don't
take myself or life too seriously.
Appearance
Just a normal guy - carrying a few pounds than I need ( 13
stone - the six pack is still there somewhere, just a little
relaxed at present!! Very conservative and laid back - takes
a lot to get me wound up. I AM BALD - my head has outgrown
my golden locks!!
Generally dress very casual but can scrub
up when the need arises.
Looking for
I am looking for a life parnter to spoil and love. Have
always had a preference for the large lady. Someone who is
comfortable in herself and can be herself. She must be laid
back and have a lot of love and affection to give as I do.
Preferably no one with hang ups.
Just a normal down to
earth girl with no heirs and graces - simple really. Looks
are not important as long as you can laugh at the world and
yourself and have fun.It is what makes you tick and revs
your motor no matter what gear you are in that is important.
I will be with you in happy and sad times to comfort and
support you and laugh with you. I am not in it for just the
good times but for the long haul
